IS MY VEHICLE INSURED?
YES. By law trucks must carry a minimum of $750,000 liability and $5,000 cargo insurance. HOWEVER, we require our Carriers to have ample cargo insurance to cover their entire load. This means
enough coverage for not only your car, but all the
others on the carrier as well. After we verify the insurance, we keep it on file. These are more good reasons
that as auto shippers we are very dependable. We are your #1 auto transport service.

WHAT IS DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE?
Door-to-Door means the closest to the origination and destination doors as physically and legally possible. If you live on a street that big trucks can not legally traverse, or a street that a big truck can not maneuver on, it will be necessary to meet the truck at a near-by parking lot or other accessible area.
This is a standard throughout the industry.

WHEN CAN YOU PICKUP MY VEHICLE?
In most cases we can have your vehicle picked up within 3-5 days. In very remote or less traveled areas, it might be slightly longer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
This depends on the origination and destination. Drivers are regulated by law as to the number of hours they can drive. In most cases a car can go across the country in 5-10 days. Other factors include how many drops and pick ups there are before your destination. Weather is another factor. In December it might take 7 days to go from Florida to California, while it could take 11 days to go from Texas to New York.
We make every effort to complete the move in the
time frame given to you. Your satisfaction is of the
utmost importance. Our customers' happiness is directly
reflected in our auto transport reviews.

CAN I PUT ITEMS IN THE CAR?
NO. The law does not allow trucks to carry items in the cars they transport. They are routinely checked and inspected, and could be fined if items are found in the cars.

WILL MY VEHICLE BE DRIVEN?

WHY SHOULD I USE A BROKER?
People sometimes think they can save a few dollars if they arrange their
auto transport service directly with a Carrier. There is usually little to no
difference in price between a Broker and a Carrier, and in some cases
Carriers are higher. We have relationships with our Carriers that allow us to give good rates. Also, we know all the important things to do to ensure your vehicle is safe. We check and verify insurance, authorities and much more than most people are aware of. This is all done to make sure your vehicle move is done properly, goes smoothly, and is very Uneventful for you. Let us take the worry out of your vehicle move.
